Art Lab: Printmaking
4 weeks | 10 - 15 years
Create and transfer images to another surface using a variety of printmaking techniques. Explore cause and effect though mono printing. Discover how color choice and background materials bring about change in a relief print. Create unique patterns and backgrounds using ordinary objects. This is a chill, informal place to experiment, create and generate new ideas. Come on your ow or bring a pal or two. Surround yourself with like-minded folks, loads of encouragement and inspiration to build your art skills.

Art Lab: Exploding Books
4 weeks | 10 - 15 years
Explore watercolor and ink while developing an abstract design. We will cut apart this larger work and rearrange it to create the images in a custom made book. These small square books “explode” into a series of colorful square and triangular pages. This is a chill, informal place to experiment, create and generate new ideas. Come on your ow or bring a pal or two. Surround yourself with like-minded folks, loads of encouragement and inspiration to build your art skills

Craft Night Out!

Painting: Natures Hidden Treasures

Grab your paintbrush as we head on a vibrant and bold exploration into the many natural gems our earth holds. Wildflowers dancing in mountain meadows, to agates nestled at the base of waterfalls, this class will celebrate the treasures of nature.

Mixed Media - Mix it up!

Let’s mix things up as we explore the world of mixed media! Inspired by nature, our imaginations will take flight and soar through 2D and 3D creations. Bring a friend or make some new ones as we draw, paint, collage, and construct together!

Painting: Winter's Wild
4 weeks | 6 - 12 years
Let’s get wild about painting! Explore and create a collection of wildlife that live in snowy climates, on beautifully stained wooden panels. Learn to draw and paint a snow fox, polar bear, deer and owl. Students will also learn mixed media painting techniques that will captivate and enhance the students’ artistic abilities. This portrait quartet will be an adorable addition to your holiday décor or will make great seasonal gifts for loved ones. This classroom is located upstairs*
