7th Annual Rising Star Ballet Concert: Benefiting the American Cancer Society

The IPA Youth Committee is hosting their 7th Annual Rising Star Ballet Concert. The show will feature Haiyan International Dance Academy, International Performing Arts, and young musicians from local studios.
