Estela is a guitar and ukulele instructor from Southern California who has been playing and performing since she was 16 years old. Though she’s played most of her life, she has dedicated the last 13 years to furthering her music skills and education by working toward several professional guitar certifications, including one from the Berklee School of Music.

She particularly loves working with children and new music learners to plant the seed of a lifelong love for music. She also loves bringing the world to each guitarist’s mind and fingers by exploring and teaching music from diverse places and cultures. “I’m a firm believer that music binds communities and has the potential to tear down man-made barriers.”

When she’s not playing and teaching guitar (or being a mom of 4 amazing kids!), she enjoys traveling, hiking, fitness, and serving in her community.
