Ongoing Rental Applications

An Ongoing Rental allows organizations and individuals to rent spaces on a weekly, monthly or other ongoing basis for up to 3 years, with an opportunity to renew for up to an additional 2 years.

 All qualified applications for an ongoing rental agreement will be reviewed and scored based on the following criteria;

  • Proof of Income/Financial Stability 25 points
  • Amount of space requested & hours of use (more points given for more use) 25 points
  • Landlord References 25 points
  • Length of time requested (i.e. 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, etc.) 25 points

Submitting an Application

All applications for Ongoing Rentals must be submitted in writing using the Center for the Arts Ongoing Rental Application form, which can be obtained below.  Applicants must include information addressing the criteria listed above and may attach additional pages as needed in order to provide any information the applicant believes will be helpful in evaluating its application.

Rates & Policies:

Rental Rates for Ongoing Rentals will follow the standard Facility Rental Rates for the Center for the Arts. Please read the Ongoing Rental Guidelines & Regulations document for more info about Ongoing Rentals, insurance requirements, deposits and other policies. These documents can be obtained below.

Rental Qualifications:

  • Ongoing Renters must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Applicants for Ongoing Rentals with a monthly fee of more than $1,000 will be required to supply at least 2 rental references, and proof of income by providing a budget overview document or financial statement.
