Calling all artists, doodlers and lovers of tiny things! Join us and turn your drawings into a pendant or a keychain with Shrinky Dink film. Then stay with us for drawing games and free drawing time!

Early Release Arts: Friendly Monsters | 6 - 11 years 
With bulging eyes, horns and sharp pointy teeth surely, that creature is a fearsome beast— wait is that a shy little smile I see? Discover the impact of facial expression and pattern while designing your own “monster.” Students will be using chalk pastels for this colorful exploration.

Fold, twist, snip, and curl—and change colorful pieces of paper into an imaginary roller coaster. Explore a variety of ways to transform paper into 3-dimensional forms and create a whimsical relief sculpture complete with car and rider.

Exotic, cute, cool and creepy; delve into the world of insects and create your own 3-D bug. Use your imagination to transform recycled objects into a new life form.
