CLASS REGISTRATION OPENS FRIDAY, JUNE 27

Guitar Explorers I
4 weeks | 7 - 12 years
Explore the diverse world of music through guitar! This class is geared towards beginners, and we explore the basics of strumming, chords, simple riffs, and guitar lingo in a fun and engaging way! We will play a few songs the students request and dabble a bit in blues, country, flamanco, and Latin guitar. Students must provide their own guitar. If you do not have access to an instrument, please contact the instructor directly at estela.schaeffer@gmail.com . We don't want cost or access to be a barrier to anyone.

Guitar Explorers II

Ready to take the next step in playing the guitar? This class is geared toward later beginners who already know how to read guitar music and feel comfortable playing simple melodies and basic chords. We will try more complex strumming and picking patterns, plus new chords as we continue to explore more diverse guitar music. Students will also work on some songs of their choice! Students must provide their own guitar. If you do not have access to an instrument, please contact the instructor directly at estela.schaeffer@gmail.com . Intro to Piano for Kids I  
4 weeks | 7 - 12 years
Perfect for beginners! Join this fun and dynamic program to explore, create and learn as we discover keyboard geography, basic music elements and notation. Your child will learn how to play a song in the very first lesson and be inspired to learn for years to come. Please bring the $16 supply fee to the instructor on the first day of class. Returning students are welcome – new themes and music each term!

Piano for Kids II

Take your piano playing to the next level! Perfect for returning students who already know how to name piano keys and read basic notation. We'll build on foundational skills with new songs, technical exercises, and creative activities designed to deepen musical understanding. Each term brings fresh challenges to inspire and prepare students for future levels.
