Vicki Poppen

Vicki Poppen has lived in Sherwood with her husband, Scott Donnelly since 2012.  She has spent many years coordinating arts education programs in schools through the Regional Arts & Culture Council and the Oregon Arts Commission.  She’s also served on the Sherwood Cultural Arts Commission.  Vick has had a long love of all things creative.  Visual arts and music being her main outlets.  Now retired, she hopes to continue her creative pursuits through her connections with fellow artists and her own expressions.
