SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!!

SAFETY MEASURES:

As we enter cold and flu season, Arts Center staff is emphasizing safety and wellness. Although the COVID mask mandate has been lifted in our building, all are welcome to wear a mask/face covering and will be supported in their choice. Please keep your child home if they are sick and practice frequent hand washing. We are relying on each other to keep students, staff, volunteers, and teachers healthy this winter.

Please continue to monitor your childs’ health and keep them home if they display any COVID-19 symptoms, including fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, and nausea or vomiting.

WITHDRAWALS & CANCELATIONS

Cancelations of class registrations that occur prior to five (5) business days from the start of a class or workshop will be eligible for a full refund of payment. Cancelations within five (5) days will be eligible for an account credit. Cancelations within 48 hours of the start of the class will forfeit all class fees.

Account credits may be used for classes at the SCA, or any other program of SCA. Visiting productions and events that are not sole programs of the SCA are not eligible for the use of account credit.

Withdrawal from a class after the class has started will not result in a refund or class credit. Extreme cases will be considered.

Absences from class will not be subject to refunds, credit, or pro-rated fees. If a student is asked to leave class due to their conduct, they will receive a refund for their remaining classes.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We are so excited to welcome you to class! Our focus is the safety and enjoyment of every student in class. To that end, we ask that parents and guardians exit the room once class is underway. If your child needs special accommodations to be successful in class, please talk to Arts Center staff ahead of time.

Students are expected to stay in the class for the duration, and not leave class without permission from the teacher. Class participants of all ages are expected to exhibit kindness and respect towards their fellow classmates, the teaching artist, and the building. Class participants are not allowed to roam the building unattended, and we need permission in writing in order for children to walk or ride their bike home alone after class.

All of our teaching artists and staff members are background checked, and have reviewed our safety policies and procedures.

Please review these expectations with your student, and contact us with any questions or concerns. We look forward to creating with you!
